The group of patients and their families in the Swiss Sepsis Program (SSP), as well as other individuals and organizations independent of the SSP, are working to combat sepsis and promote earlier detection and better treatment. Here is some information about these activities and initiatives.

WALK for SEPSIS Prävention: On Leg Prostheses from Basel to Gran Canaria
Der «WALK for SEPSIS Prävention» ist eine Initiative des Sepsis-Betroffenen Roger van Klaveren. In 112 Tagen reist er mit Beinprothesen von Basel bis nach Gran Canaria, um auf Sepsis aufmerksam zu machen, Betroffenen Mut zu geben und über Früherkennung sowie Prävention aufzuklären.
