First Swiss Sepsis Report

To mark World Sepsis Day 2025, the Swiss Sepsis Program has published the Swiss Sepsis Report for the first time. It contains scientific analyses of hospital data on sepsis cases, fatalities and the corresponding costs for the healthcare system and society. According to the report, sepsis remains an underestimated and persistent threat to health and life, including in Switzerland.
