Swiss Sepsis Declaration 2025
To mark World Sepsis Day 2025, the Swiss Sepsis Program (SSP) launched the Swiss Sepsis Declaration.
By mid-September, more than 60 people (members of the public, patients, and healthcare professionals) had already publicly signed the Swiss Sepsis Declaration. In it, they explain how dangerous sepsis is and that it can affect anyone. The signatories agree to raise awareness about sepsis in their personal and professional lives and to contribute to improving early detection, treatment, and follow-up care. The Swiss Sepsis Declaration is available for anyone interested to sign on the website.
